Customs clearance of complex cargo at the Lithuanian border

Situation: A manufacturing company in Lithuania had to stop its production line due to the failure of a critical equipment component. A replacement part had to be delivered from a supplier in Poland within 48 hours; otherwise, the cost of downtime would have been significantly higher than the cost of delivery.

What We Did:

• Found the nearest available flight departing from the cargo terminal in Warsaw;
• Arranged express customs clearance before the flight arrived;
• Organized last-mile delivery from the airport to the factory using our own vehicle.

Result: The component was delivered within 36 hours of receiving the request. The production line resumed operation without additional losses.
