Situation: A home goods distributor imported a large shipment ahead of the peak season but did not have its own warehouse in Latvia to store and prepare the goods for delivery to retail locations.

• Prepared individual shipments according to the orders of each retail location;
• Organized phased dispatches according to the client’s schedule throughout the month.

Result: The client avoided the cost of renting a private warehouse and had the goods delivered to store shelves precisely by the start of the season, without any shipment delays.
